Samantha is attending Anne Arundel Community College as a part-time student and a enthusiastic member of the team. Samantha manages our tracking system for all contract terms and contingency dates, and has an active role in scheduling, tracking and conducting communications between the parties to ensure that deadlines are met. These activities include following up with home inspectors, HOA’s, lenders, appraisers, and title companies to ensure smooth processing through settlement. With Samantha on your team, no detail is overlooked, and the deliverables (services & people) necessary for a smooth transaction are scheduled, cross checked and reviewed for accuracy.

She ensures that all parties are set up to successfully meet the terms and conditions of the contract, and generates needed addenda as necessary. Seller clients will receive a weekly written report outlining the progress of their home sale, and informing them of the “next” key event so they remain prepared each step of the way.
